New Addition to the Crew
I added another resource for Colette to work with. I'm not sure how useful it will be in play, but it should be fun to paint. The Soulstone Miner....

Angelica With A Bit Of Color
I did a quick color test on Angelica. I'm going to lighten up the boa a bit and darken down the gloves a lot I think. I like the green though, and think it will fit nicely with the rest of the crew.

Mannequins - The Sequel
Sadly, the both the mannequins I had as works in progress suffered accidents and had to be discarded (or at least set aside to be dealt with later). One lost the heel to her shoe while I was removing the tab and the other got a drill bit broken off and stuck in her shoulder while I was pinning her arm that kept falling off. Fortunately, I had a couple of extras, so I've started over with what you see above. They're almost completely pinned, so they should not have the same tragedies of their twins befall them. On the up side, redoing the arms gave me another chance to re-position them, and I'm happier with how they look now.

Busy Times
Got pretty busy over the past few weeks with other things and didn't do much work. That said, I did get some work done this week, so pictures and posts will start up again after I take some pictures this weekend.

Steampunk Arachnids
One issue with Green Stuff is that I always end up with more mixed than I need for the job. After mixing up a batch for Angelica's arms, I decided I really didn't want to waste it. So, having recently received my new Steampunk Arachnids, I decided to use it up. I, unfortunately, can't claim credit for this creative idea, but I loved it when I saw it. Each of the three spiders is magnatized, so that on the big base, they are a Steampunk Arachnid Swarm, but I can split them off onto smaller bases to have individual Steampunk Arachnids. The base inserts are IronHalo.net's Deus Ex Machina. They look pretty amazing in the photos, but, honestly, it's going to take a large bit of work to make them look like that.

Another New Arrival, Already Partially Assembled
Angelica is another new arrival, for my Colette Crew. Her arms were a bit of a challenge to attach and pose, but I think I worked it out with a bit of green stuff to help the superglue.

New Arrivals
A few thing that have recently arrived! Alternate Ramos, Avatar Ramos, and two sets of Steampunk Arachnids. At the time I made the purchase, I didn't realize that Avatar Ramos would come with a set of Steampunk Arachnids, so I have way more than I need (I had two packs of the old type as well, at least!).

Counters
Malifaux requires the use of a number of counters. One of them is "scrap" counters that constructs leave behind when they die. I had a number of old watch parts laying around, so I decided to experiment a bit with making them into a scrap counter. I'm planning to paint the green stuff to look like mud and then weather the gears (once my weathering pigments get here).

Colette Color Test
I decided to go ahead and do a color test on Colette. I think these colors will work well for her and will match the rest of the crew nicely.

Minor Mannequin Work
Very minor changes to the mannequin. Did a little work on the "skin" portions. I think I'm good with the base color there, just need to wash it to bring out the details and then highlight it up.
